 10-12 JULY 2024 | Caraga State University, Butuan City “Towards Climate Resilience: Bridging Science, Policy, and Practice” The International Forum on Sustainability Science is a premier gathering that brings together professionals, academics, researchers, and practitioners from diverse disciplines. With a focus on understanding and mitigating the intricate sustainability challenges stemming from the interplay between human activities and the environment, this forum stands as a beacon for collaborative action. Following the success of its inaugural symposium, the 2nd International Forum on Sustainability Science (IFSS 2024), in collaboration with Caraga State University, aims to build upon this momentum to provide a vital platform for participants to exchange ideas, share insights, and collectively generate solutions to the urgent sustainability issues facing our planet. The International Forum on Sustainability Science (IFSS) offers the flexibility to participate either onsite at Caraga State University in Ampayon, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, Philippines, or online through the IFSS conference platform. Don’t miss the opportunity to watch Panel Session 6: Gender Equality, Diversity, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) for Sustainable Development on DAY 2: July 11, 2024, from 3:00 – 4:30 PM. Our very own AAWS President, Dr. Finaflor F. Taylan, will be moderating/chairing the panel. The AAWS Vice-President, Dr. Noraida Endut, and AAWS Secretary General, Dr. Maria Lourdes Jarabe will be presenting papers. Jarabe will also be chairing/moderating Parallel Session 7: Gender, Inclusivity, and Diversity for Sustainable Development on Day 2: July 11, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:30 PM.
